Factory Automation by Industry

We design and install automation for manufacturers in food and beverage, secondary wood processing, electronics, automotive, building materials and packaging and logistics sectors.

Every industry has different production challenges, different products and different constraints.

We have built automation for all of these industries and more. At the start of the project we plan a visit to your facility, so the solution is built around your products and the way your production actually runs.

01

Food & Beverages

Food production runs fast with products that are often soft, wet or cold. Lines need to be easy to clean and simple to change over between products. We automate conveying, product handling, packaging, labelling and palletising.
02

Secondary Wood Processing

Wood products are heavy, bulky and rarely identical, which makes handling and stacking them by hand hard and slow work. We build custom-sized pallet production systems, wall panel nailing and lifting, stacking, machine vision inspection and much more.
03

Industrial Manufacturing

General industrial manufacturers face a wide range of automation challenges depending on their product and process. Assembly bottlenecks, manual quality inspection, labour-intensive material handling and inconsistent production throughput are common pain points. We design and build automation systems that fit the specific product, volume and production flow of each operation.
04

Packaging & Logistics

Packaging and logistics centres handle large volumes of goods that need to be packed, sorted, stacked and shipped on time. We do conveyors, sorting, palletising and wrapping, and use automated guided vehicles and mobile robots to move goods around the building.
05

Electronics

Electronics manufacturers produce small, high-value components at speed, often with strict ESD and traceability requirements. Manual assembly is slow, expensive and increasingly difficult to staff. We build assembly, test and packaging automation for electronics manufacturers.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

End-of-line line with three robots

Tere AS

Every product in film and carton packaging in this dairy is now packed into crates and stacked onto pallets by robots. Before, this was done by hand, with crates weighing up to 15 kg on lines that can run 15 hours at a time. In February 2026 alone, the lines palletised 4.5 million kg of product.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Packaging line for aerosol cans

Metaprint AS

Aerosol cans are carried by conveyor from production to a palletising cell, where they are stacked onto pallets layer by layer with cardboard layer pads in between. The finished pallets are then strapped and wrapped automatically.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Automated handling and palletising

Saint-Gobain Weber

Dry mortar bags are produced in large volumes, packed in heavy bags that used to be lifted and stacked onto pallets by hand. We built a line that takes the filled bags, handles them and stacks them onto pallets by robot.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Robotic panel nailing for garden buildings

A leading garden timber producer in Europe

Wall and floor panels for garden buildings are made from many boards, which are nailed together by a robot, which then also stacks the finished panel.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Pallet production cell with two robots

A leading European wooden structures producer

Custom-sized pallets are built in a cell with two robots working on opposite sides of a turntable. One robot lays out the boards in a jig while the other nails the previous pallet and stacks it.

FURNITURE

Robotic warehouse for furniture parts

Arens AS

Boards, panels and worktops for kitchen furniture are stored upright in a robotic warehouse that uses the full height of the building. Stacking them this way takes up far less floor space, while the robot stores and retrieves each panel whenever production needs it.
