Electronics manufacturing involves small, sensitive components, many assembly steps and inspection.

We build systems that pick and place and assemble components, inspect them with cameras, and pack finished products.

What we automate in electronics

Automated Assembly Stations

Robot stations that fit, screw and glue components and products together

Pick and Place

Robots that pick small components and place them accurately into products or fixtures

Inspection

Machine vision cameras and test systems that check assemblies for missing, misplaced or faulty components

Functional Testing

Test stations that check each product works, such as electrical testing of circuit boards

Material Handling

Conveyors and robots that move boards, trays and products between assembly and test stations

Packaging

Packing finished products into boxes or trays ready for dispatch

FOOD & BEVERAGE

End-of-line line with three robots

Tere AS

Every product in film and carton packaging in this dairy is now packed into crates and stacked onto pallets by robots. Before, this was done by hand, with crates weighing up to 15 kg on lines that can run 15 hours at a time. In February 2026 alone, the lines palletised 4.5 million kg of product.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Packaging line for aerosol cans

Metaprint AS

Aerosol cans are carried by conveyor from production to a palletising cell, where they are stacked onto pallets layer by layer with cardboard layer pads in between. The finished pallets are then strapped and wrapped automatically.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Automated handling and palletising

Saint-Gobain Weber

Dry mortar bags are produced in large volumes, packed in heavy bags that used to be lifted and stacked onto pallets by hand. We built a line that takes the filled bags, handles them and stacks them onto pallets by robot.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Robotic panel nailing for garden buildings

A leading garden timber producer in Europe

Wall and floor panels for garden buildings are made from many boards, which are nailed together by a robot, which then also stacks the finished panel.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Pallet production cell with two robots

A leading European wooden structures producer

Custom-sized pallets are built in a cell with two robots working on opposite sides of a turntable. One robot lays out the boards in a jig while the other nails the previous pallet and stacks it.

FURNITURE

Robotic warehouse for furniture parts

Arens AS

Boards, panels and worktops for kitchen furniture are stored upright in a robotic warehouse that uses the full height of the building. Stacking them this way takes up far less floor space, while the robot stores and retrieves each panel whenever production needs it.
