An automation system is not a one-time purchase. It runs continuously, it wears, it needs adjusting and eventually it needs to adjust with your production.

We provide lifecycle management services for the automation systems we install. This covers everything from routine maintenance and rapid fault response through to software updates, hardware upgrades and full system modifications as your production requirements evolve.

Support for the lifetime of your system

01

Service & Fault Response

When something stops working, we start by connecting remotely to find the cause. If it can’t be fixed that way, an engineer who knows the system comes to your site.
02

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive visits to inspect, adjust and replace worn parts before they cause a stop.
03

Remote Support & Diagnostics

Many PLC and software issues can be solved without a site visit.
04

Software Updates & Optimisation

New products, formats or process settings often mean the robot programme or PLC logic needs updating.
05

Hardware Upgrades & Modifications

Replacing outdated controllers and drives, adding new stations or extending a line.

A long-term partner for your production

An automation line usually runs for ten years or more, and over that time your products, volumes and layout will change. We keep the documentation for every system we install, so when you need a repair, a change or an extension, nobody has to start from zero. Many of our customers come back to us when it is time for their next project.
