Assembly Automation

Robotic cells and assembly lines that take over repetitive assembly work.

Hero illustration

Manual assembly is repetitive work, and the result often depends on who is doing it. Assembly automation means robots and automated stations doing the joining, fastening and fitting instead.

We build anything from a single robot cell for one task to a complete assembly line; these systems can pick and place components, screw, press, rivet and glue parts together, and perform quality checks.

Trusted by leading manufacturers across electronics, wood, food & beverage, automotive and packaging

What can be automated in assembly?

01

Robotic Assembly Cells

A robot that handles one assembly task, such as pick and place, screwing, gluing or fastening, and can be added to an existing manual line.
02

Assembly Lines

Several assembly stations linked by conveyors and controlled as one line, for higher volumes or products with many assembly steps.
03

Vision-Guided Assembly

Cameras locate parts that arrive in random positions, so the robot can pick them without anyone lining them up first. This suits high-mix production with many different products.
04

Part Feeding

Feeders that sort and deliver parts to the robot or assembly station in the right position, so the line keeps running without someone filling it by hand.
05

Collaborative Robots

A cobot works safely next to your operators and takes over the repetitive steps, while people keep the ones that need judgement.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

End-of-line line with three robots

Tere AS

Every product in film and carton packaging in this dairy is now packed into crates and stacked onto pallets by robots. Before, this was done by hand, with crates weighing up to 15 kg on lines that can run 15 hours at a time. In February 2026 alone, the lines palletised 4.5 million kg of product.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Packaging line for aerosol cans

Metaprint AS

Aerosol cans are carried by conveyor from production to a palletising cell, where they are stacked onto pallets layer by layer with cardboard layer pads in between. The finished pallets are then strapped and wrapped automatically.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Automated handling and palletising

Saint-Gobain Weber

Dry mortar bags are produced in large volumes, packed in heavy bags that used to be lifted and stacked onto pallets by hand. We built a line that takes the filled bags, handles them and stacks them onto pallets by robot.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Robotic panel nailing for garden buildings

A leading garden timber producer in Europe

Wall and floor panels for garden buildings are made from many boards, which are nailed together by a robot, which then also stacks the finished panel.

WOOD PRODUCTS

Pallet production cell with two robots

A leading European wooden structures producer

Custom-sized pallets are built in a cell with two robots working on opposite sides of a turntable. One robot lays out the boards in a jig while the other nails the previous pallet and stacks it.

FURNITURE

Robotic warehouse for furniture parts

Arens AS

Boards, panels and worktops for kitchen furniture are stored upright in a robotic warehouse that uses the full height of the building. Stacking them this way takes up far less floor space, while the robot stores and retrieves each panel whenever production needs it.
